Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Model
The EQ Model is a framework for understanding and harnessing the power of emotions.
We use this model, developed by Six Seconds, as an action plan for using emotional intelligence in our daily life as students, teachers and parents. The EQ model shows us tools and goals for growing in our emotional intelligence, and is used throughout every aspect of Synapse, from TK to 8th graders, and parents and staff.
