First Time Log-In Instructions

If this is your first time here, you must log in to this portal using the username and password made up of your First and Last names capitalized (ie. First.Last). 
Please do not create a new account for yourself. If you cannot log in with the username and password given to you (see above), please email Sarah Hill to troubleshoot.
Changing Your Password
Once logged in, open your profile. You can find the profile link under your name at the top of the page. In the profile popup, click on the Account tab and change your password. Then return to this page to explore the portal.

Resilience is defined one way as "able to endure strain without being permanently injured." Another is "tending to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change." With these definitions as a guide, I want to dive into the idea of resilience. I feel this is one of the most essential skills we can teach our students - and ourselves.
