Associate Teachers
Associate Teacher Program Goals

Provide new teachers with on-campus training under the guidance and supervision of a Lower School & Middle School lead teacher

The Lower School & Middle School lead teacher will serve as their coach and mentor to support their growth

Associate Teachers will work with their lead teacher to help the associate learn more about what it means to be a lead teacher in both Lower School & Middle School (including but not limited to prep, giving feedback, one-on-one support)

Provide associates with development opportunities and classroom training through meetings and mentorship
