Symptoms

WHEN EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS:
Stay home if AT ALL symptomatic. Please do not contact us to ask about this. If there are symptoms, stay home. A negative test will be required for re-entry (see below) and symptoms must be resolved. This includes waiting until 24 hours have passed since resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications.

CDPH recommends that those with symptoms of COVID-19 self-isolate and take an antigen test as soon as possible to determine infection status. Consider retesting with an antigen test in 1-2 days if testing negative, particularly if initially tested during the first 1-2 days of symptoms and symptoms persist. Testing between days 3-5 is advised. Report a positive result to covid@synapseschool.org.
