Get to Know Synapse

Registrations for all Admissions visits & events are done through Ravenna. If you are new to Ravenna, please create an account before registering. We've provided the following instructions on how to sign up and register for events. 

Follow the Ravenna prompts listed below to create an account: 

• In Ravenna, click Create an Account
• Enter profile info for one parent/guardian
• Verify your email
• Click Get Started

Follow the prompts in Ravenna (or below) to add your first student. 

• Enter your student's basic information to create a profile
• Enter your family's profile information
• Optional: add second parent/guardian or other household & siblings (these can all be updated later on)
• Click Save & Continue

Your account setup is now complete! Click View Dashboard for the next step and first, select your primary region as the San Francisco Bay Area. Save & Continue. 

You should now be in your Dashboard. Here you can follow a quick first-time walk-through of Ravenna. Click through the prompts in the pop-up to get your bearings or hit Skip.

Synapse School Profile

• Click Apply to start your application right away or click Explore to simply add Synapse to your list. 
• Select which student you are exploring with. 
• Click Get Exploring to access our Synapse School Steps & Events page. 

You will find all Upcoming Events available for registration via our profile in the School Directory. 

• To register, simply select which student you are applying for, click on the event you are interested in and follow the prompts to register. 
• Additional events, like in-person tours, are often added later in the Admissions season, so check back if you don't see what you're looking for right away.
