After School Activities
After School at Synapse consists of two different programs: After Care and After School Programs.
After Care is available for students daily from dismissal to 6:00pm. During After Care students have access to a number of activities, toys, games, books, and crafts that they can freely choose from. Students also have time to eat snack, work on homework, and play outside.
After School Programs are trimester long, extracurricular classes held between dismissal and 5:30pm. Individual programs are held once a week. These programs are often taught by outside vendors.
Synapse Regular School Hours
- Lower School and Middle School Arrival is from 8:15am - 8:45am, Monday - Friday
- Lower School and Middle School Dismissal is from 3:30pm - 3:45pm, Monday - Thursday
- *TK Dismissal is from 3:15pm - 3:30pm M - TH*
- Friday Dismissal is from 2:30pm - 2:45pm for all students
- After Care is available from dismissal time to 6:00pm.
Shuttle Program
We offer a transportation program that has multiple shuttle routes all over the Peninsula. Students who are on our transportation program have a Morning Departure Time and Afternoon Arrival Time to ensure they arrive during our arrival and dismissal windows.
